2.3. Customer – any person that is using the Prevodi Omega website, who by using the online form has accepted the TCPO.

 

INTRODUCTION

3.1. These Terms & Conditions for using Prevodi Omega website (TCPO) written on this webpage shall manage your use of this website. These TCPO will be applied fully and affect to your use of Prevodi Omega. By accepting, viewing and / or using Prevodi Omega, the Customer accepts that he is familiar with the TCPO and agrees to bind and complies with these TCPO written in here. You must not use Prevodi Omega if you disagree with any of these TCPO. Minors or people below 18 years old are not allowed to use Prevodi Omega. An integral part of these TCPO is the Privacy Policy of Prevodi Omega.

3.3. At Prevodi Omega we do the best to keep the data and the information in our database up-to-date and as accurately as possible but these information is subject to constant change. PREVODI OMEGA COST AND PAYMENT

4.1. Prevodi Omega updated prices are shown in the website https://metaphrasi.com/цени and https://metaphrasi.com/el/τιμές/

4.2. According to BDS EN 15038: 2006 one translation page is equal to 1800 characters with the intervals that are calculated on the basis of the finished translation.

4.3. Payments can be made in the following ways: bank transfer to bank account that will be given from Prevodi Omega ltd, money transfer by Western Union, Moneygramm, Econt, Easypay, paid in cash at the address of the company.

4.4. The Customer is obliged to pay for the completed translation upon receipt.

4.5. In case of late payment, the Customer owes interest in the amount of 1% per day, but not more than 20% of the value of the service. In case of delay of more than 20 days, Prevodi Omega has the right to file a lawsuit against the Customer for late payment.

 

ITELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

5.1 Other than the content you own, under these TCPO, Prevodi Omega ltd owns all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in Prevodi Omega. You are granted limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained in Prevodi Omega.

5.2. Your send files must be your own and must not be invading any third party’s rights.

5.3. The Customer of Prevodi Omega are responsible for all and any material provided by the Customer, such as data, information and more. By providing them, theyare deemed to have and/or have the right to publish, refer to, distribute these materials and opinions including but not limited to any other information provided by them on the portal. In cases where Customer send information related to personal data, they are deemed to have received the necessary consents for this according to the current European legislation.

5.4. Prevodi Omega and company Prevodi Omega ltd is not responsible or liable for any data send by the Customer. All Customer who send information or pictures in Prevodi Omega assume that they have legal right.

5.5. Without prior notice Prevodi Omega can edit or delete any information that is not legal or invalid

5.6. Prevodi Omega cannot resell the information published by the Customer.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND RIGHTS OF PREVODI OMEGA LTD

6.1. Prevodi Omega ltd is obliged to provide its Customer with exact translation of the sent files within the requested time limit.

6.2. In carrying out its activities, Prevodi Omega ltd is obliged to keep the secrets of its Customer.

6.3. Prevodi Omega ltd shall not disclose to third parties any information about the Customer unless law requires it or when the subscriber has given his/her consent.

6.4. Prevodi Omega ltd is not responsible for expenses, damages, damages and / or lost files:

- Resulting from sending of wrong file in the online form;

- Due to inaccurate, untrustworthy or misleading information and/or data sent by Customer of Prevodi Omega.

6.5. Prevodi Omega ltd is not responsible for the authenticity and completeness of the information posted by the Customer.

6.6. Prevodi Omega ltd is not responsible for any damage that may arise from links that redirect to external websites. Prevodi Omega have the right to refuse translation at any time of any file sent by the Customer.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND RIGHTS OF CUSTOMER

7.1. When you use Prevodi Omega, you can:

- Send your files for translation;

- Submit your request about the translation

- Request any additional information;

- Print the received translations.

7.2. When you use Prevodi Omega, you are NOT allowed to:

- Resell or distribute any of the Prevodi Omega content;

- Upload any content from Prevodi Omega to any server and display on website;

- Copy, modify, reproduce, transform, alter, translate, license, sell or use in any other way – in part or in whole, permanently or temporary, through any means and in any form – any of the Prevodi Omega content, software, source code or object code, design to any third parties for other purposes than the Customer’s personal use under this TCPO;

- Use any information or data for unlawful reason or sending unrequested messages or emails;

- Publishing any Prevodi Omega material in any other media without written consent of the Prevodi Omega ltd;

- Using Prevodi Omega in any way that is or may be damaging Prevodi Omega;

- Using Prevodi Omega in any way that impacts Customer access to Prevodi Omega;

- Uploading or publishing information that is illegal or not property of the Customer;

- Submit names, phone number, email or any other personal information of third parties;

- Send uncensored, abusive, commercial or propaganda material. Prevodi Omega ltd will delete them without prior notice due to violation of TCPO.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

8.1. In no event shall Prevodi Omega ltd, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website www.metaphrasi.com whether such liability is under contract. Prevodi Omega ltd, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of Prevodi Omega.

8.2. You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Prevodi Omega ltd from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these TCPO.

 

ASSIGNMENT

9.1. Prevodi Omega ltd is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these TCPO.

 

FINAL TERMS

10.2. The English language version of TCPO governs the use of Prevodi Omega.

10.3. Prevodi Omega ltd may suspend Prevodi Omega for maintenance or other technical reasons anytime.

10.4. These TCPO will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Bulgaria, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bulgaria for the resolution of any disputes.
